1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
10g ginger
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vodka or 1 ½ tbsp white wine or saki (optional)

  3. Put broccoli in pan. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add 2 tbsp of water. Put lid on for 1-2 minutes on strong heat.
  4. Open lid and stir fry again for a few seconds (longer if the broccoli is preferred soft). Add Alcohol, sugar and oyster sauce. Mix for a further 30 seconds.
  5. Optional to serve with some chopped spring onion.

Good for: low immune systems

Bad for: people with acid in stomach or too much damp heat.
