Steamed Squid Heads
Preparation time: 10mins (Plus marinating over night)
Cooking time: 5mins
300-400g squid heads
2tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp dark vinegar
peanut oil
garlic and ginger - amount depends on your preference.
1 tbsp whiskey, red wine or Saiki (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate over night in the refrigerator.
- Remove from fridge and mix again.
- Place in dish being used to steam, ensuring the mixture is only one layer thick.
- Steam for 5-7 minutes on a strong steam.
Best served with rice. |
