Peas

Peas are sweet and moderate in nature. Peas regulate the function of spleen and stomach and therefore peas can benefit the digestive system. They are a good protein source for vegetarians. They are packed with vitamins and nutrients and are good for dampness as they alkalize the body. Peas are better cooked rather than eaten raw.
