[Source] Sha Shen is the root of Glehnia littoralis Fr. Schmidt ex Miq., family Unbelliferae.

[Application] Sha Shen is used for dry cough due to lung-heat or chronic cough due to deficiency of the internal organs with a dry throat and hoarse voice.
