Diaphoretic Therapy
Diaphoretic therapy is a treatment for expelling pathogenic factors from the exterior of the body by opening the pores of the skin to induce perspiration. Diaphoretic Therapy helps to relieve exterior syndromes, reduces fever and swelling. A TCM practitioner will use diaphoretic therapy to expel wind and dampness, and help with skin eruptions.
