Meridians
Meridians are important components of the body. They are a network of channels near the surface of the body through which qi flows and is transported throughout the body. The meridian system is made up of major channels which branch out into ever smaller ones (collaterals). Along the meridians there are recognized points which are used for acupuncture , acupressure etc.
