| Nourishing
Therapy Nourishing therapy, or tonification, is the use of herbs, acupuncture and food etc. to replace what is lacking in the body. This does not mean givng the body a general boost with vitamins and herbs, but rather targeting specific organs such as the liver or the kidneys. By strengthening these and other major organs the whole health of body can benefit and the effects can be very far reaching. |
