Yin-Yang Theory
The theory of Yin-Yang holds that every object or phenomena in the universe consists of two opposite aspects, namely, Yin and Yang, which are in continual conflict and in interdependence. The relation between Yin and Yang is the universal law of the world. For example, day and night, the day is yang to the yin of night. Likewise brightness, warmth and movement belong to yang, while the darkness, cold and stillness belong to yin.
